OnePower is currently recruiting enthusiastic driven individuals to be a part of its commercial launch as a Lesotho-based energy access startup. To fulfill our mission to bring electricity to underserved communities around the world, OnePower is currently developing Lesotho's first large-scale solar project, a 20 MW grid-connected PV plant, and installing 25 mini-grids in rural, currently unserved, communities around Lesotho.

ENERGY ACCESS FELLOWS (multiple roles) [Volunteer Position]:

As an Energy Access Fellow, you will have the opportunity to contribute to many aspects of OnePower's work, ranging from community engagement to business development to technology advancement and engineering, allowing you to gain a deep understanding of the challenges and pathways forward in providing quality energy services. As a Fellow you will be part of an extremely dedicated and international team, and working in our Maseru, Lesotho headquarters you will experience an interesting and extremely friendly country in sub-Saharan Africa.
